In order to use AMI products, AMI requires the collection of certain information, which may include personal information such as your name, IP address, time and date, username and password, email address and mailing address. This information is necessary for the creation of your AMI User Account, use of AMI products and other activities associated with your AMI Account.

 

You can also permit certain information from your AMI Account, including, without limitation, your profile picture, game scores and the location at which you’re playing any games (collectively, “Content”) to be posted to your Facebook account using our Facebook application. By using the Facebook application, you are agreeing to post the Content to Facebook. Once Content is posted to your Facebook account, it will be subject to the policies, terms and conditions of your Facebook account. AMI is not responsible for the Content once posted to your Facebook account.

 

How We Use and Share the Information We Collect
AMI may use information collected to improve the quality of AMI products. This information may help AMI determine problems, maintain security and improve services desired by users.

 

AMI will make certain personal information available both to its partners that work with AMI to provide products and services or that help AMI market to customers including certain social marketing channels. If you are registered, your personal AMI Account information will only be shared by AMI to provide or improve AMI products, services and advertising and will not be shared with third parties only for their marketing purposes.

Your expired account would have all of its data removed and your user name would be made available for anyone else to use as new.
