AMI Announces Co-Pilot to Manage Devices on the Go

Convenient Mobile App for AMI Operators and Location Managers

AMI Entertainment Network announced the launch of their new app, Co-Pilot, to help its customers manage their route on the go. The mobile app allows operators and location managers to remotely operate AMI devices using their smartphone or tablet. The free app grants access to features previously available only on a device’s remote control or via AMI’s web-based dashboard.

Operators will have a convenient and mobile tool to manage locations with an AMI jukebox or media player. The app gives operators the ability to check route connections, turn devices on and off, check the cashbox, view revenue reports, create user accounts, access location details and controls, and get driving directions. With the app, operators can see if any devices are in an error state or need to connect to the network.

Plus, the app acts as a remote control for AMI devices. Using the app as the device’s remote control lets operators and location managers reboot systems, pause or play music and reject current song selections. The app gives from-the-palm-of-your-hand access to Ad Manager, which is used to schedule, edit and run digital signage campaigns. Ad Manager capabilities are available for operators and location managers.

In addition to the tools currently available, AMI plans to expand app features. Soon, operators will get notification alerts for dedicated jukeboxes, plus be able to control background music, add credits to the jukebox, search ad templates and more.

The AMI Co-Pilot app is currently available for download in the Apple App Store and Google Play. AMI jukebox operators should contact their AMI Inside Sales Representative with any questions.
