Rick owns a couple of his own jukeboxes and works for City Wide. He uses Co-Pilot on both routes. After receiving an app notification of a CPU overheating (157 degrees), he checked the jukebox status. Songs were still playing despite the high temp, so he called the AMI service center. They confirmed the jukebox was overheating and Rick went to the location where he discovered the CPU fan stopped working. He shut the machine down, oiled and cleaned the fan, and got the juke back into service!
After seeing that, he checked the rest of his locations and saw one of his other jukeboxes had been turned off. He turned the jukebox back on with the Co-Pilot mobile app, saving him a trip and keeping his jukeboxes earning.

Jim was working with an AMI rep when he downloaded Co-Pilot. The operator saw several of his jukeboxes were turned off. After turning the first one on, he continued to power on the rest of the jukeboxes. By the time he was finished, the first jukebox already had five songs in the queue!
