RULES AND REGULATIONS

HOW TO ENTER

  • Check in to an AMI jukebox venue. Download the AMI Music app if you don’t already have it.
  • Use the AMI Music app to play any song from AMI’s National Jukebox Day Playlist.
  • Every song you play from AMI’s National Jukebox Day Playlist via the app = 1 Chance to Win.

 

PRIZES

Grand Prize: (1) $250 Visa e-gift card & 100 AMI Jukebox Credits, to be applied for use at one venue, specified by the winner

Runners-Up Prizes: (10) 100 AMI Jukebox Credits, to be applied for use at one venue, specified by the winners

 

OFFICIAL RULES:

 ELIGIBILITY: No purchase necessary to enter or win. You must be eighteen (18) or over as of November 15, 2024 to enter and win, and a legal resident of, and currently living in the 50 United States or District of Columbia. Employees and their immediate families of AMI Entertainment (Sponsor), and each of their entire respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies (collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”), and the immediate families or household members of each, are not eligible to win. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law or regulations. Limit one prize per entry.

 SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: Sweepstakes begins at 12:00AM Eastern Standard Time on November 15, 2024 and ends at 11:59PM Eastern Standard Time on December 1, 2024 (“Sweepstakes Entry Period”).

 HOW TO ENTER: Song Plays: Using the AMI Music app, play a song off the National Jukebox Day Playlist on an AMI jukebox. All entries via this method must be received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period and at participating AMI jukebox venues to be eligible to win a prize. Alternatively, you can enter the Sweepstakes by completing the online entry form, located here, in its entirety.

Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods or agents (including, but not limited to, promotion entry services) will void all entries by that entrant. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses.

Neither AMI Entertainment Network (“Sponsor”), nor their authorized agents are responsible for their failure to receive entries due to transmission failures, technical malfunctions and/or other conditions beyond its reasonable control.

LIMITATION ON LIABILITY: By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, and agree to release the Sweepstakes Entities, their employees, officers, agents and directors, (the “Released Parties”), from any and all liability for injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes and/or use or acceptance of any prize.

PRIZES / ODDS: Eleven (11) Prizes available: One (1) Grand Prize: Winner will receive a (1) $250 Visa e-gift card, plus 100 AMI Jukebox Credits, applied as Bonus Credits for use at a single AMI jukebox venue chosen by the winner (Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $3000.00; Runners-Up: Winners will receive 100 AMI Jukebox Credits, applied as Bonus Credits for use at a single AMI jukebox venue chosen by the winner (Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $50.00×10). One prize per person or household. Grand prize e-gift card will be delivered via email to the winner and Jukebox Credits will be applied to each winners’ AMI jukebox venue of choice, using their AMI Music app username. Any unclaimed and/or unused prize element will remain the property of Sponsor. Prize is non-transferable. If actual value of any prize is lower than the stated ARV when prize is procured and fulfilled, then the difference will not be awarded. No substitution of any prize offered, no transfer of any prize to a third party is permitted and prizes may not be redeemed for cash value, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute any prize for a prize of comparable or greater value. All fees, federal, state, local or other expenses relating to the use, acceptance and possession of any prize are the sole responsibility of each winner. Taxes are the responsibility of each winner. Arrangements for the fulfillment of any prize will be made by Sponsor and/or its designated agent.

Odds: The number of eligible entries received determines the odds of winning a prize. Sponsor reserves the right to change or replace the prizes at any time with a prize of equal or greater value. The prize is not transferable, assignable nor redeemable for cash. All Federal, State and Local laws and regulations apply. Winners will be responsible for all Federal, State or other applicable taxes in connection with the receipt of prizes.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited. Illegible, unintelligible or incomplete entries or responses will be disqualified. The Released Parties are not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, stolen or undelivered entries. The Released Parties are not responsible for any technical, network, electronic, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind, including injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any materials in the Sweepstakes. The Released Parties are not responsible for incomplete, garbled or delayed Internet/e-mail computer entries. In the event that technical or other circumstance compromising this drawing, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes, and/or to select winners for prizes from all eligible entries received prior to the cancellation. The Released Parties are not responsible for typographical errors in the Sweepstakes site or these rules. Sponsor reserves the right to share entry information with any other Released Parties. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to opt-in to receive email promotions from AMI Entertainment. After receiving the first email, entrants may choose to opt out by unsubscribing to the email list. This personal data will be collected in accordance with privacy policies located at https://amientertainment.com/appprivacypolicy/. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants hereby agree to Sponsor’s collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor’s privacy policy.

WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION: Each winner will be selected in a random drawing of all eligible entries on or about December 9, 2024. All drawings will be conducted and judged by Sponsor, whose decisions and interpretations of these Official Rules shall apply and be final and binding. An email prize notification will be sent to each potential winner (“winner”) at the email address in their AMI Music app profile within forty eight (48) hours after a random drawing is conducted. Each winner must also be able to receive calls from an unlisted/blocked number (or have access to) an Internet connection to receive emails from the Sponsor and/or its designated agent. The email address provided at time of entry will be used to notify each winner. Each winner will be required to respond to the prize notification within three (3) days of notification deployment in order to receive any required documents, including (if applicable) an Affidavit of Eligibility/Grant of Rights and Liability/Publicity Release (“Affidavit”) which must be signed and returned to Sponsor or its designated agent within twenty four (24) hours of notification deployment. If an Affidavit and/or any other required document is not returned within the specified time period, or if an Affidavit or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or if the winner is otherwise found to be ineligible,), or if a winner cannot accept or receive the prize for any reason, then the winner will automatically forfeit the prize and, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion and time permitting, an alternate winner may be determined. Should a winner be found to make any false statement(s) or not in compliance with these Official Rules, that winner will be disqualified.

The Sponsor reserves the right to investigate a winner to determine if s/he has been truthful, and to disqualify him or her if the Official Rules requirements were not met. If any prize notification document or prize is returned as undeliverable or if a prize is forfeited, or if any required document is not completed and returned within stated deadline, or if a selected winner cannot accept or receive the prize for any reason, or if he/she is not in compliance with these Official Rules, the corresponding prize may or may not be awarded to an alternate winner at Sponsor’s sole discretion. A prize may also be forfeited if winner is not reachable at address or phone number provided at time of entry, or a forwarding address is not made available or any non-compliance with the Official Rules.

PUBLICITY RELEASE: Except where prohibited by law or regulation, winner’s acceptance of prize will constitute permission for Released Parties to use winner’s name, likeness, and statements for any purpose in reference to the Sweepstakes and this promotion without additional compensation, consideration or consent.

LEGAL WARNING: Any attempt by an individual, whether or not an entrant, to deliberately damage, destroy, tamper or vandalize the sweepstakes website or interfere with the operation of the sweepstakes, is a violation of criminal and civil laws and sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and diligently pursue all remedies against any such individual to the fullest extent permitted by law.

WINNER LIST: For a list of the prize winners, please send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Rules at Attn: National Jukebox Day Giveaway and WINNERS, AMI Entertainment Network, 4147 Eastern Ave SE #200, Grand Rapids, MI 49508. All requests for a list of prize winners must be received no later than March 1, 2025.
