INSTAGRAM RULES AND REGULATIONS

 

  1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Purchase does not improve one’s chance of winning. AMI’s Trivia SWAG & Gift Card Giveaway is accessible on the official AMI Trivia Instagram page @AMITrivia. Sweepstakes begins at 12:00AM Eastern Daylight Time on July 7, 2026 and ends at 11:59PM Eastern Daylight Time on July 14, 2026 (“Entry Period”). All entries must be received during that period to be eligible to win a prize. Limited to one entry per Instagram profile. Subsequent entries per account will be disqualified.  Neither AMI Entertainment Network (“Sponsor”), nor their authorized agents are responsible for their failure to receive entries due to transmission failures, technical malfunctions and/or other conditions beyond its reasonable control.

 

  1. ELIGIBILITY: You must be eighteen (18) or over as of July 7, 2026 to enter and win, and a legal resident of, and currently living in the 50 United States or District of Columbia. Employees and their immediate families of Sponsor, Prize Provider and their advertising and promotion agencies involved in the Sweepstakes, and their entire respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies (collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”) are not eligible to win.

 

  1. LIMITATION ON LIABILITY: By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, and agree to release the Sweepstakes Entities, their employees, officers, agents and directors, (the “Released Parties”), from any and all liability for injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes and/or use or acceptance of any prize.

 

  1. ENTRY: Participants may enter the sweepstakes by following the @AMITrivia Instagram account, liking the official giveaway post, and comment on the official giveaway post as instructed in the post caption during the Entry Period. Once the entrant has completed all actions, they are officially entered into the pool of eligible entrants (“Entry”).

 

  1. LIMIT: Regardless of method of entry, only one (1) Entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disregarded. All Entries, requests and/or materials submitted become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. Entries are subject to all notices posted online including Sponsor’s privacy policy.

 

  1. GENERAL CONDITIONS: This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited. Illegible, unintelligible or incomplete entries or responses will be disqualified. The Released Parties are not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, stolen or undelivered entries.  The Released Parties are not responsible for any technical, network, electronic, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind, including injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any materials in the Sweepstakes.  The Released Parties are not responsible for incomplete, garbled or delayed Internet/e-mail computer entries.  In the event that technical or other circumstances compromise this drawing, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes, and/or to select winners for prizes from all eligible entries received prior to the cancellation.  The Released Parties are not responsible for typographical errors in the Sweepstakes site or these rules.  Sponsor reserves the right to share entry information with any other Released Parties.

 

  1. PRIZE DETAILS: One (1) Grand Prize: Winner will receive an electronic $50 VISA gift card sent to the email provided by the winner plus an AMI Trivia SWAG bundle to be shipped to the address provided by the winner. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $50.00. One prize per person or household. No substitution of any prize offered, no transfer of any prize to a third party is permitted and prizes may not be redeemed for cash value, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute any prize for a prize of comparable or greater value. All fees, federal, state, local or other expenses relating to the use, acceptance and possession of any prize are the sole responsibility of each winner. Taxes are the responsibility of each winner. Arrangements for the fulfillment of any prize will be made by Sponsor.

 

  1. WINNER SELECTION: Each winner will be selected in a random drawing of all eligible entries on or about July 15, 2026. All drawings will be conducted and judged by Sponsor, whose decisions and interpretations of these Official Rules shall apply and be final and binding.

 

  1. WINNER NOTIFICATION: The winning Instagram account will be tagged in the Instagram post(s) within 48 hours after random draw is conducted. Entrants must be able to receive Instagram direct messages from Sponsor or otherwise respond to winner notification within the required timeframe. Winner must respond via direct message or email with their appropriate contact methods ( this may include email address, mailing address, and/or AMI Play mobile app username for electronic prize delivery). Each winner will be required to respond to the prize notification within three (3) days of notification deployment in order to receive any required documents, including (if applicable) an Affidavit of Eligibility/Grant of Rights and Liability/Publicity Release (“Affidavit”) which must be signed and returned to Sponsor or its designated agent within twenty-four (24) hours of notification deployment. If an Affidavit and/or any other required document is not returned within the specified time period, or if an Affidavit or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or if the winner is otherwise found to be ineligible, or if a winner cannot accept or receive the prize for any reason, then the winner will automatically forfeit the prize and, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion and time permitting, an alternate winner may be determined. Should a winner be found to make any false statement(s) or not in compliance with these Official Rules, that winner will be disqualified.

 

The Sponsor reserves the right to investigate a winner to determine if the winner has been truthful, and to disqualify him or her if the Official Rules requirements were not met.  If any prize notification document or prize is returned as undeliverable or if a prize is forfeited, or if any required document is not completed and returned within stated deadline, or if a selected winner cannot accept or receive the prize for any reason, or if he/she is not in compliance with these Official Rules, the corresponding prize may or may not be awarded to an alternate winner at Sponsor’s sole discretion. A prize may also be forfeited if winner is not reachable via direct message, fails to respond to contact attempts, or any non-compliance with the Official Rules.

 

  1. ADVERTISING: Except where prohibited by law or regulation, winner’s acceptance of prize will constitute permission for Released Parties to use winner’s name, likeness, and statements for any purpose in reference to the Sweepstakes and this promotion without additional compensation, consideration or consent.

 

  1. ODDS OF WINNING: The number of eligible entries received determines the odds of winning a prize. Sponsor reserves the right to change or replace the prizes at any time with a prize of equal or greater value. The prize is not transferable, assignable nor redeemable for cash.  All Federal, State and Local laws and regulations apply.  Winners will be responsible for all Federal, State or other applicable taxes in connection with the receipt of prizes.

For a written copy of the OFFICIAL RULES and a list of prize winners, please send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Rules at Attn: AMI Trivia Giveaway RULES and WINNERS, AMI Entertainment Network, 801 Broadway Ave NW Ste 100, Grand Rapids, MI 49504. All requests for a list of prize winners must be received no later than July 31, 2026.
