AMI x Audio-Technica May Facebook Giveaway
OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter during the monthly Entry Period, participants must:
- Follow @AMIjukeboxes on Facebook;
- Find and Like that month’s Turntable Giveaway post; and
- Comment on the Giveaway post with their favorite vinyl soundtrack to receive one (1) entry.
BONUS ENTRIES:
Entrants may receive one (1) bonus entry for each friend tagged in their comment, up to a maximum of five (5) bonus entries per entrant per month. Tagging friends is optional and is not required to enter.
No other method of entry is permitted. Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed, or similar entry methods or agents will void all entries by that entrant. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the social media account used. Neither AMI Entertainment Network (“Sponsor”) nor its authorized agents are responsible for failure to receive entries due to transmission failures, technical malfunctions, or other conditions beyond their reasonable control.
PRIZES
One (1) winner will be randomly selected from Facebook to receive:
- One(1) Audio-Technica AT-LP70XBT Turntable (ARV $349)
The winner in the May turntable giveaway will receive the following Star Wars Prize Pack provided in collaboration with Disney Music Group:
- One (1) Star Wars Lofi Vol. 1–3 Vinyl (ARV $25.99)
- One (1) Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge Vinyl (ARV $21.98)
- One (1) Death Star Slip Mat (ARV $15.00)
- Total ARV: $62.97
Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of comparable or greater value if necessary.
OFFICIAL RULES:
ELIGIBILITY:
No purchase necessary to enter or win. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, age 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of AMI Entertainment Network (“Sponsor”), Audio-Technica, Walt Disney Records, a division of ABC, Inc. (“Disney Music Group”), their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or persons living in the same household of each are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Limit one prize per person or household during the overall campaign.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD:
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time on January 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on May 31, 2026, and consists of five (5) monthly Entry Periods.
Each monthly Entry Period runs from:
· 12:00 AM Eastern Time on the first day of the month
through
· 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the last day of that month.
Entries must be received by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the final day of each monthly Entry Period to be eligible for that month’s drawing. Winners for each month will be selected on or about the first business day of the following month.
LIMITATION ON LIABILITY:
By entering, entrants agree to release the Sweepstakes Entities, including Audio-Technica and Disney Music Group (Walt Disney Records, a division of ABC, Inc.), their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, officers, agents, and directors (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from any liability, claim, or action related to the Sweepstakes, the awarding of prizes, or any other matter pertaining to the Sweepstakes. Neither Audio-Technica nor Disney Music Group is responsible for any aspect of the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to entry methods, prize fulfillment, prize quality, technical issues, or participant conduct. The Released Parties are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation or prize use. In no event shall the Released Parties be responsible for injury, loss, or damage to any person or property arising from or related to participation in this Sweepstakes.
PRIZES / ODDS:
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received in each monthly Entry Period, including bonus entries. One prize per person or household during the campaign. Any unclaimed or unused prize element remains the property of Sponsor. Taxes are the sole responsibility of winners.
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited. Illegible, unintelligible, or incomplete entries or responses will be disqualified. The Released Parties are not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, stolen, or undelivered entries. The Released Parties are not responsible for any technical, network, electronic, computer, hardware, or software failures of any kind, including injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any materials in the Sweepstakes. If technical or other circumstances compromise the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or terminate it, and/or to select winners from eligible entries received before the cancellation.
Sponsor reserves the right to share entry information with the Released Parties. By entering, entrants agree to opt-in to receive promotional emails from AMI Entertainment. Entrants can opt out at any time. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION:
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries for that month. Winners will be contacted via direct message on the platform through which they entered. Winner must respond within three (3) days and return any required forms, including an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, within 24 hours. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.
PUBLICITY RELEASE:
Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Released Parties to use the winner’s name, likeness, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation.
LEGAL WARNING:
Any attempt to tamper with the Sweepstakes, interfere with the website or social media platforms, or deliberately damage any system used in connection with the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
