OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
HOW TO ENTER:
- Download the AMI Play app if you do not already have it.
- Check in to any participating AMI jukebox venue.
- Use the AMI Play app to play any song from The Beach Boys Giveaway playlist.
- Each song played from this playlist via the AMI Play app equals one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
- All song play entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period and at participating AMI jukebox venues to be eligible.
- Limit one (1) entry per song play.

Prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize for one of equal or greater value. All fees and taxes related to use or acceptance of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
ELIGIBILITY:
No purchase necessary to enter or win. You must be eighteen (18) or older as of May 15, 2026, and a legal resident of, and currently living in, the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia. Employees and their immediate families of AMI Entertainment (Sponsor), Universal Music Enterprises (“UMe”), Bravado International Group Merchandising Services, Inc. (“Bravado”) , Audio-Technica U.S., Inc., and each of their respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies (collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”), and the immediate families or household members of each, are not eligible to win. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD:
Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time on May 15, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on May 24, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Entry Period”).

Song Plays:
Using the AMI Play app, play a song from the designated The Beach Boys “Pet Sounds” Playlist on an AMI jukebox. Limit one (1) entry per song play.
Alternate Method of Entry:
You can enter without making a purchase by completing the online entry form listed above. Limit one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed, or similar entry methods or agents will void all entries by that entrant. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address used at time of entry. Sponsor is not responsible for failure to receive entries due to transmission failures, technical malfunctions, or other conditions beyond its reasonable control.
LIMITATION ON LIABILITY:
By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and agree to release the Sweepstakes Entities and their employees, officers, agents, and directors (the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in this Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of any prize.
PRIZES / ODDS:
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive the Pet Sounds Prize Pack described above (ARV: $352.92). Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. One prize per person or household. Any unclaimed or unused prize element will remain the property of Sponsor.
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited. Illegible, unintelligible, or incomplete entries will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if technical or other circumstances compromise its integrity. By entering, entrants agree to opt-in to receive promotional emails from AMI Entertainment. Entrants may opt out at any time. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION:
Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about May 26, 2026. An email prize notification will be sent within forty-eight (48) hours of the drawing. Winner must respond within three (3) days of notification and return any required documents within twenty-four (24) hours or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
PUBLICITY RELEASE:
Except where prohibited by law, winner’s acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Released Parties to use winner’s name, likeness, and statements for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
LEGAL WARNING:
Any attempt to tamper with or damage the Sweepstakes or interfere with its operation is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
