OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES AND REGULATIONS

HOW TO ENTER:

  • You may enter the Sweepstakes by completing the online entry form, located at https://promo.amientertainment.net/contestManager/public/index?contestId=206, in its entirety.
  • Download the AMI Play app if you don’t already have it.
  • Check in to an AMI jukebox venue.
  • Use the AMI Play app to play any song from the Carolina Country Music Fest Playlist on any participating AMI jukebox in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee or Texas.
  • Each song you play from this playlist via the AMI Play app = 1 chance to win

PRIZES

One (1) Grand Prize Winner receives:

  • Two (2) 4-Day Super VIP Passes to Carolina Country Music Fest, held June 4 - 7, 2026 in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
  • Total Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") per pair: $3,998
  • Passes provided by Carolina Country Music Fest. AMI is a sponsor of Carolina Country Music Fest.

Five (5) Runners Up receive:

  • Two (2) 4-Day Main Stage VIP Passes to Carolina Country Music Fest, held June 4 - 7, 2026 in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
  • Total Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") per pair: $1,238
  • Passes provided by Carolina Country Music Fest. AMI is a sponsor of Carolina Country Music Fest.

Travel and accommodations are not included. No substitutions or cash redemptions. All taxes and expenses related to the prize are the responsibility of the winner.

 

OFFICIAL RULES:

ELIGIBILITY:

No purchase necessary to enter or win. You must be eighteen (18) or over as of March 19, 2026 to enter and win, and a legal resident of, and currently living in the 50 United States or District of Columbia. Employees and their immediate families of AMI Entertainment (Sponsor), Carolina Country Music Fest and each of their respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies (collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”), and the immediate families or household members of each, are not eligible to win. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law or regulations. Limit one prize per entry.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD:

Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time on March 6, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on March 19, 2026 (“Entry Period”).

HOW TO ENTER:

Song Plays: Using the AMI Play app, play a song off the Carolina Country Music Fest Playlist on an AMI jukebox. Limit one (1) entry per song play. All entries via this method must be received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period and at participating AMI jukebox venues to be eligible to win.

Alternate Method of Entry:

You can enter the Sweepstakes without making a purchase by completing the online entry form at https://promo.amientertainment.net/contestManager/public/index?contestId=206. Limit one (1) entry per person per form submission.

Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed, or similar entry methods or agents (including, but not limited to, promotion entry services) will void all entries by that entrant. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account submitted at time of entry.

Neither AMI Entertainment Network (“Sponsor”) nor their authorized agents are responsible for their failure to receive entries due to transmission failures, technical malfunctions, and/or other conditions beyond their reasonable control.

LIMITATION ON LIABILITY:

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and release Sponsor, Carolina Country Music Fest, and their affiliates, agents, and employees from liability related to participation or prize use. Carolina Country Music Fest provides the prize but is not responsible for Sweepstakes administration or winner selection.

PRIZES / ODDS:

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive two Carolina Country Music Fest 4-Day Super VIP Passes. Five (5) runners up will receive two Carolina Country Music Fest 4-Day Main Stage VIP Passes. Odds of winning depend on total eligible entries. Prize is non-transferable, with no cash alternative. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal value.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received through both entry methods. One prize per person or household. Any unclaimed and/or unused prize element will remain the property of Sponsor. Prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. If actual value is lower than stated ARV, difference will not be awarded. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize for a prize of comparable or greater value. All fees and taxes related to use or acceptance of any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited. Illegible, unintelligible, or incomplete entries or responses will be disqualified. The Released Parties are not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, stolen, or undelivered entries. The Released Parties are not responsible for any technical, network, electronic, computer, hardware, or software failures of any kind, including injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any materials in the Sweepstakes. If technical or other circumstances compromise the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or terminate it, and/or to select winners from eligible entries received before the cancellation.

Sponsor reserves the right to share entry information with the Released Parties. By entering, entrants agree to opt-in to receive promotional emails from AMI Entertainment. Entrants can opt out at any time. Personal data will be collected in accordance with AMI’s privacy policy at: https://playersupport.amientertainment.net/us/privacy-policy and AMI’s Terms of Use at: https://playersupport.amientertainment.net/us/terms-and-conditions.

WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION:

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about March 20, 2026. Drawing will be conducted by Sponsor. Potential winner will be notified within 48 hours via the email address in their AMI Play app profile or via the email address  filled out when entering the Sweepstakes by completing the online entry form mentioned above. Winner must respond within three (3) days to claim the prize and return any required forms, including an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, within 24 hours of receipt. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner at Sponsor’s discretion.

PUBLICITY RELEASE:

Except where prohibited, winner’s acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Released Parties to use winner’s name, likeness, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation.

LEGAL WARNING:

Any attempt to tamper with the Sweepstakes or damage the website is a violation of law. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and pursue remedies to the fullest extent allowed by law.
