CEO
Tommy Moreno joined AMI Entertainment as CEO in 2024, bringing deep experience in strategy, operations, and business transformation. He spent 13 years at The Walt Disney Company, first in the Strategic Planning Department, where he helped drive major domestic and international growth initiatives, and later as a senior operating leader for the multi-billion-dollar Parks and Resorts division. He also served as a senior executive at the Disneyland Resort in California, helping drive record financial performance.
Following Disney, Tommy held senior leadership roles within portfolio companies of Colony Capital, a prominent global private equity firm. There, he helped lead the acquisition and relaunch of the legendary Miramax Film Studio, ultimately positioning it for sale. He also served as COO of SONIFI Solutions (formerly LodgeNet Interactive), a global hotel technology and content provider, where he led a post-bankruptcy turnaround and helped pivot the core business.
In addition, Tommy was the co-founder and CEO of Pareto Labs, an EdTech company backed by Harrison Metal, a highly regarded Silicon Valley venture capital firm. A Distinguished Graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy, Tommy served as an officer managing advanced technology programs on a global scale. He also holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Chief Financial Officer
George Pinos joined AMI in 1992, serving as treasurer and controller before becoming AMI’s chief financial officer in 2001. As CFO, George is responsible for AMI’s financial operations as well as all music-licensing activities for AMI digital jukeboxes.
George began his 30-year career in financial operations with Farrell Lines, a marine shipping company serving global ports of call. He later joined PACE Industries, a diversified manufacturer with operations in home air conditioning systems, business forms, and printing. George holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from William Paterson College and an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Chief Technology Officer
Dan Garrett joined AMI in 2006, serving as its director of software development & system architecture for 9 years, before becoming Software VP in 2015, and most recently, Chief Technology Officer in 2022.
As CTO, Dan brings over 25 years of expertise to the AMI management team and today oversees software development, quality insurance, and network operations for all AMI products and technologies. Dan has a Bachelors Degree in Computer Management from Eastern Illinois University.
VP of Operations & Hardware Engineering
Steve Jarema, Vice President of Operations and Hardware Engineering at AMI Entertainment Network, oversees the invention, production, and delivery of all hardware equipment for AMI digital jukeboxes and Tap TV.
Before AMI, Steve served as vice president of engineering at Merit Industries, the Electric Mobility Corporation, and the Rascal Company. Over his 25-year career, Steve has produced many successful product lines and holds numerous U.S. patents, with additional pending. Steve holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Rutgers University.

Vice President, Sales
Chris Owens, Vice President of Sales is responsible for overseeing the Sales team at AMI.
Chris has over 25 years of industry sales experience, including 12 years as a Regional Sales Manager for Merit Industries and AMI from 2002-2013. He holds a B.S. in Finance from Missouri State University and is also a graduate of the AMOA Notre Dame Education Program.
Director, Technical Services
Gordon Anderson, Director Technical Services at AMI Entertainment Network, manages the customer service and technical support for all of AMI’s products and services.
Gordon joined AMI in 1981, after receiving his technical training at RETS Electronics, and business education at Davenport University in Grand Rapids, MI.
