OFFICIAL RULES:

ELIGIBILITY: No purchase necessary to enter or win. You must be eighteen (18) years or older at the time of winner selection and a legal resident currently living in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia to be eligible. Employees of AMI Entertainment (“Sponsor”), their immediate family members, and the employees, subsidiaries, parent companies, affiliates, and partners of Sponsor (collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”) are not eligible to win. This also applies to immediate family members and household members of Sweepstakes Entities. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Limit one prize per entrant.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on March 28, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM EST on April 10, 2025 (“Sweepstakes Entry Period”). Entries for performances in April 2025 will have earlier deadlines to accommodate ticket distribution. The entry periods for these specific performances will be clearly stated, and winners will be notified within 24 hours after the deadline has passed to ensure timely ticket delivery.

• Entries for the April 1 Chattanooga, TN performance must be received by 11:59 PM EST on March 30, 2025.

• Entries for the April 8 Birmingham, AL performance must be received by 11:59 PM EST on April 3, 2025.

• Entries for the April 10 Austin, TX performance must be received by 11:59 PM EST on April 6, 2025.

• Entries for the April 12 Dallas, TX and April 13 Houston, TX performances must be received by 11:59 PM EST on April 8, 2025.

• Entries for all remaining performances must be received by the overall Sweepstakes end date of April 10, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST.

All eligible entries received before the respective deadlines will be included in the applicable drawing(s).

HOW TO ENTER: Song Plays: Using the AMI Music app, play a song off The My Morning Jacket Playlist on an AMI jukebox. All entries via this method must be received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period and at participating AMI jukebox venues to be eligible to win a prize. Participants may also enter by completing an official online entry form in its entirety, available here. Entries submitted via the online form are subject to the same entry deadlines as those entered via the AMI Music app or jukebox. Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods or agents (including, but not limited to, promotion entry services) will void all entries by that entrant. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses. Neither AMI Entertainment Network (“Sponsor”), nor their authorized agents are responsible for their failure to receive entries due to transmission failures, technical malfunctions and/or other conditions beyond its reasonable control. REFUNDED PLAYS: If an entry is associated with a refunded jukebox play, the corresponding sweepstakes entry will be voided. However, if a refund is issued due to a verified system malfunction on AMI’s end, the Sponsor reserves the right to reinstate the entry at its discretion.

LIMITATION ON LIABILITY: By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and agree to release the Sweepstakes Entities, their employees, officers, agents, and directors, as well as My Morning Jacket, ATO Records, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes and/or use or acceptance of any prize. My Morning Jacket, ATO Records, and their affiliates are not sponsors, co-sponsors, or administrators of this Sweepstakes and are not responsible for its execution, administration, or fulfillment. By entering, participants agree that My Morning Jacket and ATO Records will not be held liable for any claims arising from participation in this Sweepstakes or the awarding of any prize. ATO Records is only providing the concert tickets as a prize. All other aspects of the Sweepstakes, including winner selection, travel arrangements, and fulfillment, are managed by AMI Entertainment. ATO Records and its affiliates make no warranties, representations, or guarantees, express or implied, regarding this Sweepstakes or any prize. By participating, entrants acknowledge that My Morning Jacket and ATO Records have no responsibility for administering this Sweepstakes and will not be held liable for any issues related to its operation.

PRIZES / ODDS: Multiple prizes will be awarded. One (1) pair of general admission tickets (Approximate Retail Value [ARV] based on estimated market value, subject to change) will be given away for each U.S. stop on My Morning Jacket’s tour. Winners will receive two (2) general admission tickets for their selected or assigned tour stop. Tickets are non- transferable and will be delivered via ticket transfer or Will Call on the day of the show. Travel and accommodations are not included. Additionally, winners who complete the required social media post within 24 hours of attending the event will receive 30 jukebox credits for use on AMI jukeboxes. Jukebox credits hold no cash value and will be credited within 5 business days after Sponsor verifies the post. One prize per person or household. Any unclaimed and/or unused prize elements will remain the property of Sponsor. If the actual value of any prize is lower than the stated ARV when procured and fulfilled, then the difference will not be awarded. No substitution of any prize offered, no transfer of any prize to a third party is permitted, and prizes may not be redeemed for cash value, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute any prize for a prize of comparable or greater value. All fees, federal, state, local, or other expenses relating to the use, acceptance, and possession of any prize are the sole responsibility of each winner.

PRIZE TAXATION: A 1099 form will be issued to winners whose total prize value exceeds $600 in a calendar year. If a single prize (such as a pair of concert tickets) is valued below $600, a 1099 form will not be issued. However, if a winner receives multiple prizes throughout the year that cumulatively exceed $600, they will receive a 1099 form for tax reporting purposes. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes on prizes received. Odds: The number of eligible entries received determines the odds of winning a prize. Sponsor reserves the right to change or replace the prizes at any time with a prize of equal or greater value. The prize is not transferable, assignable nor redeemable for cash. All Federal, State and Local laws and regulations apply. Winners will be responsible for all Federal, State or other applicable taxes in connection with the receipt of prizes.

IMAGE USE AGREEMENT: By entering this contest, winners grant AMI Entertainment, My Morning Jacket, ATO Records, and their respective affiliates the irrevocable right to use their name, image, and likeness for promotional and publicity purposes related to this contest and future marketing efforts. This includes, but is not limited to, social media, websites, press releases, and advertising materials, without additional compensation or notice, except where prohibited by law.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited. Illegible, unintelligible or incomplete entries or responses will be disqualified. The Released Parties are not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, stolen or undelivered entries. The Released Parties are not responsible for any technical, network, electronic, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind, including injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any materials in the Sweepstakes. The Released Parties are not responsible for incomplete, garbled or delayed Internet/e-mail computer entries. In the event that technical or other circumstance compromising this drawing, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes, and/or to select winners for prizes from all eligible entries received prior to the cancellation. The Released Parties are not responsible for typographical errors in the Sweepstakes site or these rules. Sponsor reserves the right to share entry information with any other Released Parties. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to opt-in to receive email promotions from AMI Entertainment. After receiving the first email, entrants may choose to opt out by unsubscribing to the email list. This personal data will be collected in accordance with privacy policies located at https://amientertainment.com/appprivacypolicy/. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants hereby agree to Sponsor’s collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor’s privacy policy.

WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION: Each winner will be selected in a random drawing of all eligible entries, conducted as follows:• March 31, 2025 – Winners selected for the

• April 1 performance in Chattanooga, TN

• April 4, 2025 – Winners selected for the April 8 performance in Birmingham, AL

• April 7, 2025 – Winners selected for the April 10 performance in Austin, TX

• April 9, 2025 – Winners selected for the April 12 performance in Dallas, TX

• April 9, 2025 – Winners selected for the April 13 performance in Houston, TX

• April 11, 2025 – All remaining winners selected for subsequent performances

Due to the timing of certain concert dates occurring during the contest period, some tickets will be awarded before the official contest conclusion. As a result, the time to claim tickets may be shorter for some winners. All drawings will be conducted and judged by Sponsor, whose decisions and interpretations of these Official Rules shall be final and binding. An email prize notification will be sent to each potential winner (“winner”) at the email address listed in their AMI Music app profile within forty-eight (48) hours of the drawing. Each winner must also be able to receive calls from an unlisted/blocked number or have access to an Internet connection to receive emails from the Sponsor and/or its designated agent.

• For the April 1 Chattanooga, TN performance – Winners must respond within 24 hours of notification or will lose their eligibility to claim the prize.

• For the April 10, 12, and 13 performances (Austin, Dallas, and Houston, TX) – Winners must respond within 48 hours of notification or will lose their eligibility to claim the prize.

• For all other performances – Winners must respond within three (3) days of notification deployment to claim their prize.

If backup winners are selected due to a forfeited prize, their response time will be determined based on the remaining timeframe before the event. Each winner may be required to complete and return any necessary documents, including an Affidavit of Eligibility/Grant of Rights and Liability/Publicity Release (“Affidavit”), within twenty- four (24) hours of receiving it. Failure to return required documentation within the specified time, an undeliverable prize notification, ineligibility, or inability to accept the prize will result in automatic forfeiture. At the Sponsor’s sole discretion and subject to time constraints, an alternate winner may be selected. Any winner found to have provided false statements or who fails to comply with these Official Rules will be disqualified. The Sponsor reserves the right to investigate a winner to determine if s/he has been truthful, and to disqualify him or her if the Official Rules requirements were not met. If any prize notification document or prize is returned as undeliverable or if a prize is forfeited, or if any required document is not completed and returned within stated deadline, or if a selected winner cannot accept or receive the prize for any reason, or if he/she is not in compliance with these Official Rules, the corresponding prize may or may not be awarded to an alternate winner at Sponsor’s sole discretion. A prize may also be forfeited if winner is not reachable at address or phone number provided at time of entry, or a forwarding address is not made available or any non-compliance with the Official Rules.

WINNER SOCIAL MEDIA INCENTIVE: Each winner must take a photo from the venue during the concert they attend using the awarded tickets. The photo may feature the winner enjoying the event, the artist performing on stage, or another scene from the concert. To qualify for the incentive, winners must post this photo on at least one of their personal social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or X [formerly Twitter]) within 24 hours after the concert concludes. The post must: Tag @AMIEntertainment and any additional event partners specified by the Sponsor. Include a caption confirming their attendance at the event courtesy of AMI Entertainment. Adhere to content guidelines—posts must not contain profanity, vulgar language, nudity, or hate speech. Upon successful completion of the required social media post, winners will receive 30 jukebox credits for use on AMI jukeboxes. These credits will be applied within 5 business days following verification of the post. Failure to complete the social media post within the designated timeframe will result in forfeiture of the jukebox credits. However, winners will still retain the original concert ticket prize.

PUBLICITY RELEASE: Except where prohibited by law or regulation, winner’s acceptance of prize will constitute permission for Released Parties to use winner’s name, likeness, and statements for any purpose in reference to the Sweepstakes and this promotion without additional compensation, consideration or consent.

LEGAL WARNING: Any attempt by an individual, whether or not an entrant, to deliberately damage, destroy, tamper or vandalize the sweepstakes website or interfere with the operation of the sweepstakes, is a violation of criminal and civil laws and sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and diligently pursue all remedies against any such individual to the fullest extent permitted by law.

WINNER LIST: For a list of the prize winners, please send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Rules at Attn: My Morning Jacket Contest and WINNERS, AMI Entertainment Network, 4147 Eastern Ave SE #200, Grand Rapids, MI 49508. All requests for a list of prize winners must be received no later than July 11, 2025.
