AMI Entertainment announced a new program for jukebox venues: AMI Staff Rewards. The program helps amusement operators and jukebox venues gain staff buy-in on promoting the jukebox and accelerating the use of the AMI Music app. The app, already a proven success, allows patrons to order jukebox music using their phone. Staff members can earn bonus credits based on the number of patrons who make paid jukebox selections via AMI Music. As the venue staff work together to hit their target goals, jukebox usage and profits will increase. The program requires venue staff to enroll with the Co-Pilot app, which also grants access to jukebox remote control functions, troubleshooting and digital signage capabilities. Co-Pilot is used to track goal progress, redeem credits, and transfer them to AMI Music. Additionally, the app can be used as a jukebox remote control and to run Ad Manager (digital signage) campaigns, if the permission is enabled by the operator.

Amusement operators maintain full control of the Staff Rewards program. AMI made this a top priority when designing the program.
