HOW TO ENTER:

  • Download the AMI Play app if you don’t already have it.
  • Check in to any AMI jukebox venue.
  • Use the AMI Play app to play any song from AMI’s EAGLES Playlist.
  • Each song you play from this playlist via the AMI Play app = 1 chance to win.

Alternate Method of Entry (No Purchase Necessary):
Alternatively, you may enter the Sweepstakes by completing the online entry form, located at https://promo.amientertainment.net/contestManager/public/index?contestId=209 in its entirety. Limit one entry per song play, per person for the duration of the Sweepstakes Entry Period.

ELIGIBILITY:
No purchase necessary to enter or win. You must be eighteen (18) or over as of April 26, 2026 to enter and win, and a legal resident of, and currently living in the 50 United States or District of Columbia. Employees and their immediate families of AMI Entertainment (Sponsor), and each of their respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies (collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”), including Warner Music Group and its divisions and affiliates, and the immediate families or household members of each, are not eligible to win. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law or regulations. Limit one prize per entry.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD:
Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time on April 17, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on April 26, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Entry Period”).

HOW TO ENTER:

Song Plays:
Using the AMI Play app, play a song off the EAGLES Playlist on an AMI jukebox. Limit one (1) entry per song play. All entries via this method must be received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period and at participating AMI jukebox venues to be eligible to win.

Alternate Method of Entry:
You can enter the giveaway without making a purchase by completing the online entry form, located at https://promo.amientertainment.net/contestManager/public/index?contestId=209. Limit one (1) Alternate Method of Entry per person during the Sweepstakes Entry Period.

Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed, or similar entry methods or agents (including, but not limited to, promotion entry services) will void all entries by that entrant. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account submitted at time of entry.

Neither AMI Entertainment Network (“Sponsor”) nor their authorized agents are responsible for their failure to receive entries due to transmission failures, technical malfunctions, and/or other conditions beyond their reasonable control.

LIMITATION ON LIABILITY:
By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and agree to release the Sweepstakes Entities, their employees, officers, agents, and directors (the "Released Parties") from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind, including without limitation, personal injury, death, damage, or loss to property, arising from participation in this Sweepstakes and/or use or acceptance of any prize.

PRIZES / ODDS:
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive Eagles - One Of These Nights (Deluxe Edition) Prize Pack: 3CD/BR set, 3LP set and limited-edition Eagles - Live In Anaheim poster (ARV: $150.00).

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received through both entry methods. One prize per person or household. Any unclaimed and/or unused prize element will remain the property of Sponsor. Prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. If actual value is lower than stated ARV, difference will not be awarded. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize for a prize of comparable or greater value. All fees and taxes related to use or acceptance of any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:
This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited. Illegible, unintelligible, or incomplete entries or responses will be disqualified. The Released Parties are not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, stolen, or undelivered entries. The Released Parties are not responsible for any technical, network, electronic, computer, hardware, or software failures of any kind, including injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any materials in the Sweepstakes. If technical or other circumstances compromise the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or terminate it, and/or to select winners from eligible entries received before the cancellation.

Sponsor reserves the right to share entry information with the Released Parties. By entering, entrants agree to opt-in to receive promotional emails from AMI Entertainment. Entrants can opt out at any time. Personal data will be collected in accordance with AMI’s privacy policy at: https://playersupport.amientertainment.net/us/privacy-policy and AMI’s Terms of Use at: https://playersupport.amientertainment.net/us/terms-and-conditions.

WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION:
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about April 27, 2026. All drawings will be conducted and judged by Sponsor, whose decisions and interpretations of these Official Rules shall apply and be final and binding. An email prize notification will be sent to each potential winner (“winner”) at the email address in their AMI Play app profile within forty eight (48) hours after a random drawing is conducted. Each winner must also be able to receive calls from an unlisted/blocked number (or have access to) an Internet connection to receive emails from the Sponsor and/or its designated agent. The email address provided at time of entry will be used to notify each winner. Each winner will be required to respond to the prize notification within three (3) days of notification deployment in order to receive any required documents, including (if applicable) an Affidavit of Eligibility/Grant of Rights and Liability/Publicity Release (“Affidavit”) which must be signed and returned to Sponsor or its designated agent within twenty four (24) hours of notification deployment. If an Affidavit and/or any other required document is not returned within the specified time period, or if an Affidavit or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or if the winner is otherwise found to be ineligible, or if a winner cannot accept or receive the prize for any reason, then the winner will automatically forfeit the prize and, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion and time permitting, an alternate winner may be determined. Should a winner be found to make any false statement(s) or not in compliance with these Official Rules, that winner will be disqualified.

The Sponsor reserves the right to investigate a winner to determine if s/he has been truthful, and to disqualify him or her if the Official Rules requirements were not met. If any prize notification document or prize is returned as undeliverable or if a prize is forfeited, or if any required document is not completed and returned within stated deadline, or if a selected winner cannot accept or receive the prize for any reason, or if he/she is not in compliance with these Official Rules, the corresponding prize may or may not be awarded to an alternate winner at Sponsor’s sole discretion. A prize may also be forfeited if winner is not reachable at address or phone number provided at time of entry, or a forwarding address is not made available or any non-compliance with the Official Rules.

PUBLICITY RELEASE:
Except where prohibited by law or regulation, winner’s acceptance of prize will constitute permission for Released Parties to use winner’s name, likeness, and statements for any purpose in reference to the Sweepstakes and this promotion without additional compensation, consideration or consent.

LEGAL WARNING:
Any attempt by an individual, whether or not an entrant, to deliberately damage, destroy, tamper or vandalize the sweepstakes website or interfere with the operation of the sweepstakes, is a violation of criminal and civil laws and sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and diligently pursue all remedies against any such individual to the fullest extent permitted by law.
